We will beat any Bus transfer quote!!

Applies to genuine quotes from licensed transport operators and other Australian registered businesses and websites for point to point transfers that occur within Australia. 

For clarity, the Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bespoke quotes involving multiple movements/transfers.

 Quote must be in writing and presented to us on the same day as it was created, must be presented to us prior to booking and must be for the same form of payment. Fare must be available, able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us and be for the same dates, number of passengers, vehicle class and/or type.The written quote must show the date it was created and the final price including all applicable fees and charges (including booking / service fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded.We will beat the price by 5%. 

How does it work?

 When it comes to the best value bus hire we are so sure we will not be beaten on price that if you find a cheaper available quote we will beat it by 5%.We will honour this policy for all competitor quotes up to the value of or to the total value of a sum of bookings to $2,200 inc GST.

Step 1 – Provide us with the written quote

 You can provide written transport quotes from:1) Other Australian travel agencies2) Licensed Transport Operators; and3) Other Australian-registered businesses and websites

Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available

 Your consultant will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by 5% of the total price. 

Step 3: Confirm Booking

 We will require you to confirm your booking when we beat your quote and pay in full on the same day, using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote. The change and cancellation conditions specific to your booking will apply.If we can’t beat the competitor’s quote we will make a payment to you of 5% of the quoted competitor price after completion of your journey – just supply us with your remittance advice evidencing payment and evidence of completion of the journey together with your bank details and we will make payment to you of 5% of the invoice price for the quoted transfer, excluding additional costs that may have been incurred.If this applies to you, or if you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact our Customer Relations office on 1800 BUS CHARTER (1800 287 242) or by email at [email protected].
